The Beta Thread

Well, in case you didn't know, a beta is somebody who goes over a person's work and crits it to the extreme, they analyze grammar, characters, plot and writing style.
I thought that a Writers' Club should have a beta thread, since having a beta is very helpful to any writer.
Here's a form you can fill out if you want a beta to analyze your work.

Strengths as a writer (grammar, plot, characters, etc.): I have strong characters and plots.
Weaknesses as a writer (grammar, plot, characters, etc.): My grammar is mediocre, and my writing style is weak.
Strengths as a beta (grammar, plot, characters, etc.): I am very good at spotting Sues and plot holes. I have character development down to a tee. I am also very good at spotting any clumsy writing, mainly because I've been accustomed to picking it out in my own stories.
Weaknesses as a beta (grammar, plot, characters, etc.): Grammar. My grammar is extremely mediocre.
Genres you will beta: Almost anything.
Genres you won't beta: Main Character/OC fics in fanfiction, and romantic comedies in fanfiction.

That's my example on how to fill that out.
