This little redheaded bugger kept saying things like, "I wish I had my beebeegun/rifle/sword/etc." Finally, I was like.
"Are you threatening me? Because, you know what? I can report that to my SRO officer and he can bring you to juvy. Would you like that?"
"... /few minutes later- I wish I had my rifle."
"/sigh- Did you not just hear me? I can and /will/ report you to my SRO officer."
