Percy Jackson and the Olympians

I started the series last week and couln't stop reading till I finished the fifth one two days ago. This series is amazing! I was totally depressed when the series ended, till I found out Rick Riordan is writing a second series called The Heroes of Olympus. It picks up a few years after the last book, but there are new main characters. The old main charcters are now councilers at the camp, but still play a large roll in the book. It comes out Oct. 10, but you can read the first two chapters at www.camphalfblood.com. The password is newhero. I am so going to pre-order this book! I liked them too.
And the movie.. I wasn't too big on that. =/ Didn't follow the book exactly. What'd you think of it, though? I could just being nitpicky.

From what Iv'e seen of the movie, I think it's kind of a let down. It definetly did not live of the the reputation of the books, and I think they did a bad job of casting some of the characters.
