It doesn't hurt. They prick your finger first to check your blood. And then you go donate.
Okay. So it did hurt a little. But the finger pricking, to me, hurt more than them actually putting the needle in or taking it out.
And the feeling afterwards is great.
Knowing that you were able to help someone in need by donating the blood...
It's a great feeling. One that I pretty much live for.
