The Rhyming Game

(haha, good!)

The sky is blue.
I don't have a clue,
about what to say next,
so I won't waste any text
and stop in its tracks
this unneeded poem
and part with my comb.

The Ryhme

I fly down
To a roof in town
Gazing over the snow
Flakes falling to and fro
Clouds gather
Black or rather
A darker grey
They hover all day
Blocking the sun
Preventing our fun
So I sit at my computer
And dodge my brother's pea shooter
To talk to you all
Rather your age big or small
So we can ryhme tohether
Sounding our words forever

I look around,
Nothing is found.
There's just me,
Nothing to see.
Carry on with your day,
Just go out and play.
Stop reading my post,
Or I'll turn you into toast.

You put on quite a show
But it's time for me too go
The curtain's finanlly closin'
My breathing is raspin'
How about a round of applause?
For an appealing cause
It's over now
Go on and take a bow
It's passed my time
Like a commited crime
But, who cares?
Who shares
Such minimal thoughts
As the shoe trotts
One after the other
Gracefully, somber
Across the stage

Ok, this is one of my poems mixed with a few song's lyrics, but I thought I'd post it anyways.

(Mage = A learning wizard)

Where'd everyone go?
Is anyone going to watch the show?
Why am I all alone?
Did Rusty fetch his bone?
*sigh* I'll post this, I shall.
Because nobody wants a bail.

I wish my brothers were dandy
But all they do is eat candy
Wouldn't want to make themselves handy

I will not whine
For it is a sign
That I'll be the one
to have all the fun

What a mistake was a gander to take
At this catchy, yet bothersome thread;
For inside I find, in the depth of my mind
The urge to leave no rhyme unsaid.
So now I take part in the quaint, simple art
Of impromptu poetry verse;
And though I have fun, by the time I get done,
It will probably be for the worse.

I could rhyme all day!
It's not for the worst!
And not for the cursed!
It is for the wise,
so come on guys

I could romp all day.

Because I have a tendency to whine.
And free-style is more my art,
That's one thing I can take part.

I have no brother, though I wish I did.
Just a big sis and thats it.
Maybe one day, but my parents are too old so what the hey

Oh I love the snow,
I'm sad to see it go.
But I also love sun
It's yellow and fun

It's sunny now

it's so bright in the sky.

I want sisters,
sick of all these "misters"
But it's not mean to be
Guess I'm used to the "he"

Call me crazy,
But rolling in snow is fun.
Even if your vision gets hazy,
It's more fun than sitting in the sun.

Actually, I lie.
The sun is nice.
I think I'd die
If everything was ice.
