Isn't that from a children's book? I'm pretty sure that it is because my little brothers and sisters drove me almost crazy by repeating that line over and over again a couple of years ago.

And it is very common. I used to sing it when I was in daycare. There was a bear puzzle and we'd do it and sing this at the top of our lungs.
