It

Light cracked beneath the stars,
the wind was a raging tornado,
power was as thick as fog.

The lightning broke into thousands of colors,
the stars weeped silently.
Finally, it had returned.

Nothing could stop it now.
The thunder retreated into its lair.
The time had come.

With a jolt, something amazing happened.
The fire of land, defeated by water,
rose from the ground.

In defiance, it leaped.
The thing was barely scarred.
But fire would not give up.

The great ancestors watched
in amazement as its young element
defeated the greatest of all.

Together they cheered,
happy, as never before.
For it was defeated.

I just randomly wanted to post something, so here it is! I was sort of having writer's block this morning, so it may not be that good.

I think this is a great poem! I especially love this line:

That was awesome! I loved the first 2 stanzas the most
