This World

I open my eyes and see this world so
Kind and cruel and absolutely divine
For that is how all life was meant to go
In this world were all things are yours and mine

So open your eyes and let the world flow,
Like a mother’s love for her newborn child.
Keep heart, stay strong, don’t lose your unique glow
And maybe, one day, your worries be mild.

Don’t ever give up, was one thing you learned
As a child so young and so true to all.
In this world, respect is one thing you earned
By doing what’s right and standing up tall.

This world will run whether your there or not.
It’s better to just accept all that you’ve got.

I love the subject idea, but I don't always understand the wording with the rhymes. Great job, though!
