Ah well you've got time. I just get so excited about things And had a lot of time today.....I probably spent around 5 hours sewing.....my rooms a mess :/

Materials are cheaper than the costume, which is normally why I do it. Plus it is kinda fun. I'm fairly good at sewing, this was the fourth costumes I've made

I wish I had the patience to do something like that, 'cause I honestly do think it would be fun. I just... Never have the motivation. xP

Try it with a friend, it makes it a little more fun, and that way once you get into it, it doesn't seem like such a huge task.....and start with a rather small project. I started years and years ago with fleece hats

Gunpoint is only good motivation if it is for certain the person doesn't want to be shot.

MOST people don't want to get shot. The suicidal ones are just... Giving up life so they have nothing to do.

See, that's the debate point, HS7. There used to be this doctor that gave out meds to the elderly that would kill them, because they wanted to die already. So. Should he be considered a murderer for that, because they wanted to die already and would have done so otherwise?

Haha yeah just like in racing, or any sport, people cheering is excellent motivation. There is nothing like the feeling of peer support to keep you going.

Well I think if the patients knew what they were taking then it should be an assisted murder.

I believe that under extreme circumstances, euthanasia can be considered acceptable. That's just my opinion, take it or leave it.

In that instance, of the medicine thingy, I would have to say... If the patients don't know about it, I think it's murder, because even if they do wanna die, it's not really suicide until the point they actually do kill themselves, because most people do go through points in their life where they feel like giving up, but don't. But if they knew about it, then I think it's suicide, because if they knew about it and didn't want to kill themselves then and there, they wouldn't have taken it.

You see, doctors take this oath saying that they MUST do there best to keep a patient alive. A good doctor should NEVER give the patient something that they can use to kill themselves with.

If they took it, it's suicide, but since the doctor gave it to them, he murdered them as well. :/

And I suppose Euthanasia would work. I mean, he still killed them, just not directly.

But if they didn't know it would kill them, technically it's not suicide because they didn't intentionally kill themselves. In my opinion, suicide is characterized by the killing of oneself INTENTIONALLY. If they didn't know, it wouldn't have been intentional.

...If that first statement were true, though, about a good doctor, then they wouldn't give anyone pills, since any pills can kill you if you take an overdose. :/

No, I meant taking something like poison. Just poison. Granted, pills can kill you, but they can also make you better. Good doctors would never give you something like poison that you can use to instantly kill yourself with. Doctors have to give you pills if you need them because they make you better. If you had an over dosage of pills, it's your fault because you were the one to consume all those pills. The doctor wouldn't have murdered them then since the doctor gave the pills as a prescription.

That's what I was getting at. If they overdose, they are aware of it, and it is thus intentional, so that would be suicide. The instant killing stuff is murder, I agree.
